At Paul Carroll The Glen my husband bought a pair of shoes and I bought two pairs of sandals and a very expensive pair of Mephisto Juno white walking shoes. I tried them all in size 41 which is my size. Happy with my purchase until I wore the Mephisto June walking shoes for the first time three weeks ago and finished with massive blisters at the back of my heel. I wasn’t able to wear shoes or runners. Couldn’t go to the gym. Why? Because they sold me the wrong size. When putting the purchase into a bag they put in the smaller size. I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that I will never be able to wear again all for the price of $379. Don’t trust them. Will never buy there again.
Great selection of super comfy shoes - ladies sandals so often offer no support for the feet, but every pair I tried on here and I tried on several was really comfortable. They also looked good - not the horrible chunky orthopedic shoes that you too often find are the only options for comfort. The staff were really patient and accommodating and didn't put any pressure on or hover over you to make a sale. All round excellent experience. I generally hate shopping for shoes.
Amazing post sales service I want to thank Tyler from the store who went above and beyond to assist me to resolve an issue post purchase. This followed what has been excellent 5 star in store service every time i have bought shoes in the store. i wear large orthotics and the staff go out of their way to assist me to find good looking shoes that i can wear. This is my go to shoes store and i need to travel about an hour to shop there! many many thanks
Top quality shoes and service. Great selection of men's shoes for people like myself with wide feet. The staff have a knowledge that I haven't found at other retsilers. Your also given time without the impatience of other shoe shops I've frequented.
Wonderful experience from start to finish, the store looks fantastic so I walked in and was greeted by the nicest sales girl in Rena. We had a nice chat and she was ever so helpful and respectful considering my special needs. Will definitely return.
Excellent help choosing shoes. Stretched the left foot shoes as my left foot is slightly wider than my right. Mailed the shoes to me after stretching overnight as I live outside Melbourne.
Went here because of google review on range of men’s shoes in wide fitting - so good we bought 2 pairs.
