This is not one of the big store... just a local small store that can help you most of the time! & most of the time is good enough for me :
I was here browsing laptops with my acquaintances, and noticed there was one where the cursor was not being properly displayed. While trying to diagnose the source of the problem we were accosted by a terribly rude employee who told us we should “leave the laptops alone”. We were not acting in any disrespectful way to deserve such a confrontation. Terrible customer service.
Some of the least helpful, rudest staff members I have ever come across seem to work at this officeworks. They stand behind the counter chatting, staring while you are waiting for service. They don’t say please or thank you, they don’t offer any help unless you basically force them to help you. I avoid this officeworks like the plague. I go to Snap Printing in Camberwell instead, or literally anywhere else regardless of the inconvenience.
Had an issue with click and collect order. Had to revisit a close by store. Spoke to Anthony over the phone, helped me out with order and kept it behind the counter. In store, had a great customer service by Michelle store manager and lovely young lady who sorted out the rest.
The document scanning and printing I needed over the weekend was performed quickly, accurately and at a great price. I was so happy with the service!!
