i wanted to simply purchase a notebook. Waited at checkout for 5 mins, no staff wanted to help. There were two staff see me waiting, but decided to continue their conversation and laugh. One of the staff was having his coffee at the work floor. Unbelievable.
Visited Officeworks twice today - once to get a double-sided document printed, and later to get some name tags printed. In both cases I had stuff on my phone to download - files that had been formatted and sent to me by someone else. The Officeworks staff members had no problems navigating my phone, and dealing with my almost complete lack of computer skills. Both jobs were quickly completed, and well done. Very surprised at how little it cost me. Once again, very happy with my dealings with the people at Camberwell officewotks.
I went to Officeworks Camberwell this morning on 2.4.24 to print some documents. As my computer knowledge is very limited n I did not know how to get me documents printed out. A young lady by the name of Eleanor approached me n showed me how to operate the computer n get my documents printed out. I was very grateful to be assisted by such s helpful staff. She has very good customer attitude serving her customers with a smile. Such officer like Eleanor should be given recognition by his employer Officeworks. Thank you.
Slowest staff with terrible customer service. Waited for ages to print something only for the long dark haired lady to give us attitude and tell us to use the kiosk and laugh at an elderly lady when she said she couldn’t use it. “Well you’re just going to have to wait for ages” laughing. So rude and frankly terrible attitude. This isn’t the first time which means it will be the last time I come back or recommend people come here.
Had such a helpful experience. Tales was very patient with my many documents that I needed printed. Double checked for me that everything was correct and in order. I hope Tales gets some recognition for his wonderful customer service.
