Got my passport photo taken. There was a grade delayed with their machine hence I couldn’t pick up immediately. The one of the male CS attendant that took my photo was very patient and calm with the situation and though I did not managed to pick up the photos immediately, he passed on the necessary information to Eleanor. I came back in the evening to pick it up and Eleanor’s CS is nothing but funny and fantastic. Thanks for looking after me.
Had a large print job done by this store. Document was put in for scanning with the batches being put in in opposite ways - as a result the 200 + page document by 20 now needs to be checked for every page to make sure they are all facing the same way - over 4000 pages! Print quality is dreadful. I also had a booklet made and stated I wanted the first page colour and the rest black and white. The whole document came back in black and white and again, the quality is horrible.nI tried to call the store for over an hour to let them know but could not get through so returned to the store with an example of my printing. I was served by a blank faced child who did not know how to manage my complaint and I am pretty sure my feedback was not passed on.nI was overcharged by the original salesperson - again a lack of training - and although it was noted on collection it took some time to resolve at checkout by a very helpful worker.nnI have had such great experience at other stores and will never return to this one. It's staffed with poorly trained teenagers who are ill prepared to perform their duties - not really their fault. Management really need to take a look at processes or is it just a case of not caring as people will go anyway?
Just went to the Camberwell Officeworks at 12.00 pm. No boxes of A4 print paper on the shelf. I asked and the staff member was help full and directed me to three boxes of paper with on the floor, first two are empty. The box with the price sign on it is full so i buy it. Get back to my office and there are only four reams in the box!nThis isn't the first time i have gone to this store at lunchtime and there is no boxes of paper. its like a pub with no beer.
I've come in here several times to print personal documents and stuff for little decor projects, and the staff have always been super friendly, patient and helpful.
i wanted to simply purchase a notebook. Waited at checkout for 5 mins, no staff wanted to help. There were two staff see me waiting, but decided to continue their conversation and laugh. One of the staff was having his coffee at the work floor. Unbelievable.
