Wow, it’s all about the service. This morning we were lucky enough to be served by Eleanor. She was amazing. Helpful, kind, professional, and efficient. Because of Eleanor‘s fantastic service we went back in the afternoon to have a couple more photos printed to poster size. Well, regrettably we were served by Robyn. What a juxtaposition. Robyn was rude, condescending, lacked skill and was utterly disrespectful. It seems that there had been a change in staff from the morning to the afternoon and what a difference that made. The service went from amazing in the morning to appalling and upsetting in the afternoon. The rating would’ve been 5 stars for Eleanor and barely 1 star for the service from Robyn. Choose your staff carefully Officeworks.
What a great experience I had today at Camberwell Office Works. I am an older person and wanted to have some photos printed off.Eleanor was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her, I came away so happy and thrilled with good old fashiond courtesy all with a lovely smile . She is a real asset to your store .
This is not one of the big store... just a local small store that can help you most of the time! & most of the time is good enough for me :
The staff are so helpful. Myself and my mum have been here on various occasions to print out a variety of things. The staff are always so accomodating and helpful. Tiana helped me yesterday and she was incredible. Thank you!
I was here browsing laptops with my acquaintances, and noticed there was one where the cursor was not being properly displayed. While trying to diagnose the source of the problem we were accosted by a terribly rude employee who told us we should “leave the laptops alone”. We were not acting in any disrespectful way to deserve such a confrontation. Terrible customer service.
