Walked into this store with my 9 year old son. Wait in the printing line. I asked, on behalf of my son as he is a shy kid to please print a photo, 6”x4” for Mother’s Day. Stella the employee then takes me to the self service counter and starts showing me what to do. I said I can’t scan the QR code and could she print it for me at the counter, her EXACT words back to me were “You want me to use my time to print you a 20cent photo”. I said yes I do as I need your help to do this. She then swears at me and my son. I asked her to get her manager, who came out and told me it is in their policy that they don’t print a photo at the counter, I asked to see this policy and was told to go online and look for it myself, unfortunately didn’t get her name. Then some middle aged worker called Tom, got involved and basically indirectly blamed my son and I for using his and his co workers time to help me print a photo. He had a tantrum like a kid and stormed off. Then raising his voice at me and my son, asking if we want an argument. Very unprofessional, and to threaten my son and I, don’t care about me but a 9 year old boy just trying to print a photo, turned into bullies at this office works. I have sent a email to Officeworks’s head office In regard to these employees behaviour. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.
This is the worst store I ever been in Victoria. The mid aged male staff was so rude and he doesn’t know what service is. He was serving me at the check out for payment and suddenly walked away during the process. Please avoid this mini store if possible!
Really appreciated the great customer service demonstrated by Harry when I was trying to work out the best settings for a photo I got printed at Camberwell Officeworks the other day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and the photo looks great!
You have 10 staff behind counter and only two help with printing? You can see the line of people and non of you are trained ? And then when you get to the top of the line how about an apology for keeping us waiting rather than your attitude.
This is not one of the big store... just a local small store that can help you most of the time! & most of the time is good enough for me :
