Stopped by Reece Brighton Plumbing recently and honestly, it’s always such a wonderful experience. The team there is consistently cheerful, approachable, and genuinely eager to help nothing ever feels like too much trouble, especially for the three girls on the counter!nWhether you know exactly what you need or have no clue where to start, Brighton reece takes the time to point you in the right direction and make sure you leave sorted. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. I had an issue with a leaking tap and they provided excellent service and put me in contact with a licensed plumber who thereafter fixed my tap!nHighly recommend if you want friendly faces and people who actually care about helping you get the job done right. Well done Brighton, keep up the good work!
It’s not often I leave a review, but today was experience at this store, needs to be shared. After not having much luck elsewhere, I had such a positive experience.nnI was greeted warmly and genuinely helped to find the right fitting for my bathroom. I really appreciated that there was no pressure, upselling or talking down to me, just honest, helpful service.nnWe even discovered the part I needed could be sourced from Bunnings instead. Great customer service and much appreciated.
I had a very positive experience at this store thanks to Kathleen’s professionalism and efficiency. She promptly located the product I needed and went out of her way to arrange for it to be available at a location closer to my home, saving me a long trip to Brighton.nnThe process was quick and well organised. As a returning customer, I appreciated how smoothly everything was handled — I had all the details ready, and the entire transaction was completed within minutes.nnOverall, it was an excellent customer experience, and I’d like to thank Kathleen for her outstanding assistance and attention to detail.
I totally recommend Reece Brighton East, I came in twice 2 weeks ago with an annoying shower issue and received excellent advice, and care from the 2 ladies that work here.nI know nothing about showers, and both occasions I felt listened to with patience and time was taken to explain with honesty what my options were and what resolution I could/ could not expect with my system. We resolved my issue on the second visit due to their help and now I am able to enjoy again my shower. I will definitely come back when I do my bathroom renovation.nThankyou
Had an awesome experience at Reece Plumbing recently and felt I had to leave a review. I came in pretty overwhelmed trying to sort out a few bits for a small home reno job — nothing huge, but definitely out of my depth.nnKeith, the manager, came over and within minutes made everything easy. Not only did he walk me through the products I needed, but he also explained a few installation tips that ended up saving me a lot of time and a second trip. You could tell he genuinely cared, not just about making a sale, but making sure I left confident and sorted.nnWhat really impressed me was when Keith jumped on the phone to check stock at another branch for one item I needed urgently. By the time I’d grabbed a coffee and come back, he had it organised and on its way.nnThe store itself is really clean and well-stocked, with a good vibe — you can tell the team works well together. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to mates who are doing renos or need plumbing gear.nnBig thanks again to Keith — absolute legend.
