Outstanding customer service. Could have been 1 star. They forgot to put my flashing order in the system. Potential for rain, they offered complimentary temporary flashing that I didn't end up needing. Gave free delivery for the mistake. Was then going to be 4 star. Flashing ended up delivered with a crease in the fold. With no resistance they remade a new flashing with free delivery the next day. I am not big account holder, just an occasional cash sale. Ended up 5 star. That's how you run a business. Thank you. PS I've always had good customer service with previous purchases.

My wife had an unpleasant experience trying to get a replacement for a shower spray hose which was faulty. Instead of dealing with it with a customer service attitude and simply replacing it, the person serving her was reluctant to do so and blamed the problem on other factors such as the water pressure. The simple fact was the hose has a 5-year warranty and so we were entitled to a replacement. So why the battle and the reluctance? This is definitely poor customer service! Just replace it without making so much fuss!

Our experience with the team at Reece Plumbing Brighton was outstanding. We also visited the store to return a product that we thought was faulty. As with any return, they asked to see our receipt (presumably to verify validity of purchase/return, which is understandable). During the process, we were met with utmost diligence and received excellent advice pertaining to pressure limiter valves and best practices to ensure warranty on the fittings inside our house - i.e. operating at the standard water pressure (we also learned that water pressure limits applied to our washing machine and dishwasher!) and having our products installed by a licensed plumber. The team were very patient with our queries, offered a service technician to visit our home for assessment, and we were ultimately issued a free replacement. Since analysis and reinstallation with a licensed plumber, we've not encountered further issues and have peace of mind that our products have not voided their warranties.
