Excellent service. Jim was extremely helpful when I went in today to get a shower tap fitting. He went out of his way to find the right size fitting and assembled it for me in the shop. Very happy with the service.

I needed a new brass shower tap adaptor. Brought in my old one as a sample and they had an identical new one. The guy was friendly and explained how it all went together. Also very low price. I was expecting to pay much more.

Excellent service - needed some parts and they didn’t make me feel stupid like lots of places do as am not a tradie, they were very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Awful customer service, failed to deliver when they said they would, then lied about the driver waiting around outside, when I was at home waiting for them specifically. Avoid at all costs.

unless your a plumber dont bother. totally unhelpfull. unless you have a 12 inch pipe forget it.
