We had a big challenge with an item we needed. After two unsuccessful purchases and dealing with two other companies who could not help, we were desperate. We were in despair! Then we discovered Gottliebs which was recommended by our plumber. Gottliebs gave professional, courteous and immediate help over email. With every question immediately answered. The end result was the successful purchase of the unusual-shaped item we needed. And at a very reasonable price... cheaper than the two failures AND at a better quality. We highly recommend Gottliebs. They saved us from a probable very costly installation.
I recently used Gottlieb's for a commercial bathroom upgrade and I have never been more pleased. Such a great bunch of people. This was a surprisingly different experienced to what I am used to. The team went out of their way to help me choose all the fittings I needed. The prices are very fair too. I highly recommend.
When the Boss himself, together with Yona, spend so much time assisting us on something that only costs a few dollars, but they treat you as if you are their top customer of the day, that is when you know that you are getting real old fashioned service, at old fashioned prices. I had a fabulous experience shopping with Gottlieb's. Yona and Ty were very friendly and helpful - changing my choices and re writing quotes several times. Yona went out of her way to help with coordinating ranges and making suggestions with regard to the quality, reliability and ongoing service of their bathroom fittings. She saved me a lot of time and anxiety because of her excellent product knowledge. This is the second bathroom we have fitted out through Gottlieb's and we will continue to let people know it’s the place to go for service and quality of range.
I am so happy I found this little gem of a store. My bathroom renovation was tricky as I wanted special brushed rose gold tap ware but Yaron took it all in his stride and spent a considerable amount of time sourcing it and ensuring it was quality and all matching. He made suggestions on cheaper alternatives for the bath as the stone one I wanted was way out of my price range. My bathrooms look like they are from a magazine. I have renovated 2 bathrooms using supplies and advice from this place. The prices are the best you will find. Thanks guys. From Taylor D
2 Male staff have not agknowedge our presence for over 15 min standing there. Just trying to get an eye contact from them. 3rd male figure emerged, rattled off prices at the counter. Advised us to look in the window. Amazing "lack of service" before sale let alone after. Should there be any sale from their shop at all. We ended up leaving the shop. As if no female should enter their premises.
Gottlieb's is an institution in the area. It is known for having the cheapest prices for kitchen and bathroom goods, and very good advice. You can be waiting a bit during busy times, and at other times they can get so busy they let the phones ring out, so the best way to contact them is through email. But every time I go, the same staff are there, and they have been there for decades, so they all know what they are talking about
If you want a lesson in extremes in customers service try this store. Driven past for last 20yrs, thought I should finally give it a try. Great customer service from Joseph, worst ever from R......, abusive, aggressive, dismissive, do yourself a favor and go to Bunnings... .....in response to your follow up I was escorted out the back by your enployeeJoseph as he felt I had a valid issue with the product he had sold me. Russell, as you named him, had nothing to do with the process until he came in raging. Do not infer, or lie to protect your reputation and defame me. You have a comprehensive cctv setup visible to all at your front counter which would show all I have mentioned. Just give better service and deal with staff who are abusive to customers.
Terrible service. I waited in line for 45 minutes and staff looked at me then looked away. When I finally butted in and asked if I could pick up the item that was already paid for, the storeman made an inappropriate joke about being too busy. It's a disorganised joke of a place, but people say it's cheap... Big deal. Not cheap when you factor in your waiting time.
Great store for your plumbing and bathroom needs. Good prices, staff are knowledgable and direct. I've renovated 3 bathrooms and bought heaps of things from Gottlieb's.
