I’m writing this review in support of this business and it’s hard working owners. As a frequent business man patron I bring many patrons to the establishment and have been mostly satisfied with the service and experience well done for putting up with us. On Thursday this week I visited and had also brought visiting guests from overseas being my wife and children this time from the United Emrites. We waited respectfully and patiently where I normally order at the cashier nearest the coffee machine where another patron had just been served. After waiting for 18 minutes and being passed by the two main waiters several times and the 3 serving we had been ignored and not even acknowledged in any way. Understanding the importance of allowing people to do there jobs my wife and I continued to wait while another line was forming at the food pie counter and the service there continued. The cashier staff had time to tell a waitstaff she loved her in breaking service to do this. Finally an attended then after 23 minutes approached coffee counter and yelled out who’s next at the adjoining food line of customers waiting to order food we presume. When a patron came across and stood in front of us as if we didn’t exist to either the cashier attendant or the customer. This then continued much to our dismay and “ WE WERE STANDING IN FRONT OF THE CASHIER” We left politely with our children feeling very disappointed. I’m concerned for the challenges the owners face in attracting intelligent staff capable of at least acknowledging patrons. I frequent restaurants all over the world and feel that waiting is very acceptable and in line with a busy food business but to not be acknowledged in any way is unethical and in contempt of the minimal requirement of the hospitality industry. I would like to add whilst we are committing to extensive business investment in Tasmania and in Hobart this form of racism and ignorance is not tolerated and has been proven to destroy businesses and certainly given us pause to reflect on weather or not we will continue to patron both the pizzaria or coffee house again We ventured into Hobart and were very welcomed at pilgrim coffee where we spent our money to have lunch. We thank you for reading our concerns and do support the owners in there challenging to attract the right people to represent them. In our business hotels and hospitality we understand this and work tirelessly to ensure the right person welcomes our paying guest. Without prejudice Peter and family

They put the sweat chilli sauce with the sour cream. It had been sitting in the fridge for a while coffee and chips and gravy was great

Great coffee and little slow sometimes but worth the wait earlier opening hours for airport runs would be great👌
