Harbour Lights Café is an Italian cafe combining quality food with relaxing waterfront views and a friendly atmosphere.

Over 20 years of operation has earned us a great reputation amongst regulars and tourists alike. You never know who you may run into on any given day – from one of our entertaining locals to a great sporting hero.

Seated and told "a waitress will be with you shortly" no water or cutlery in the meantime. Waited. Three other families served ahead of us. Seemed we had been forgotten about even though we were seated in arguably the most obvious spot. Got up and left. No one even noticed. Not going back. We know it was busy but a coffee order or some water wouldn't have gone astray whilst we waited. Disappointing as menu and location were nice.

I visit there every week to have their delicious coffees. I love their mouth watering breakfast dishes and definitely the customer service is very good.

Cool upstairs area with excellent service. Food and coffee was perfect. Would return without hesitation.

I wish I had found this little gem earlier rather than on our second last day. They served a great cuppa and prepared our brunch to perfection. Meals are healthy and reasonably priced.It was so good we went back for a late afternoon tea. 
 Its the first place during our stay that our kids ate everything off their plates. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was just right. Highly recommend you visit whilst staying in Hobart ☕🍴
