Disappointing outcome! We recently attending for breakfast with a large group of 18. Out of our entire table coffee's were missed and had to be chased up and then two meals were missed completely. Now although i understand this happens it was annoying that the two missing meals took a further 20-25 minutes for them to turn up and required us to ask staff twice for them. Then to top off the day when we received out bill be had been charged for 19 meals even though there was only 18 of us and I was required to debate with staff to have the extra meal removed. On a positive note the food was great it’s just a shame about the service and our overall experience was tainted from that.

Service and quality of food has always been a great reason to return to Jam Packed over the years. The crunch line was the other day when the I grabbed a bite to eat, my docket had a political message plastered on it. Now, don't get me wrong, companies are allowed to pass on their political message, however sometimes they are not always warmly welcomed. In this case, this message was most unexpected and unwelcoming and will ensure my patronage ends herein. Poor play Federal Group.

Decent but not extraordinary. We ordered Avocado on Bread, Belgian waffles and Kids Pancakes. The freshly squeezed juices are worth recommending (we had apple+raspberry and apple+greenveggies)

A pretty good cafe for breakfast at a reasonable price. It has everything to comes to expect from a decent breakfast with a nice range of choices on the menu. Coffee was a little light for my liking, but then again I love strong coffee, so it's very subjective.
