Disgusting food, When you order burger, They MICROVAVE already made burger extreamly hot and DONT give you even fresh burgers, Never going to visit them again.

Refused to honor a red royalty special, then took nearly 2 weeks to get sorted between the store and had office. Honestly if they want to argue over a $3 bottle of drink that should have been included I'd rather not return. It's just form to refuse to budge when they're in the wrong over a bottle of drink.

Menu is difficult to read with no real indication as to what is in the burgers and wraps. Some items simply aren't displayed on the menu at all. Dissapointed Theyre using menulog for their online ordering. I would have hoped an Australian fast food chain would use an Australian web company. Staff are normally friendly and patient. Food is typical.

Pretty standard red rooster store. Bit run down, staffed by unsupervised children, casually cleaned, happily serving products in a rock hard stale bread roll from time to time, mayonnaise used by the gallon - the usual RR experience. The only thing remarkable about this one is the unbelievably bad intercom they use to take your drive-through order. It's so bad that you think it's obviously broken and must be getting fixed any day now, yet it's been like that for over a year to date. Simply amazing. When it's combined with an incoherent teenager at the other end it is near impossible to deal with. If nobody is in front of you, save yourself the pain and just move forward and talk directly to the kid at the window.
