My kids love HJs. We haven’t always had the best experiences. We decided to try the Berwick store. And we are so glad we did!nJack, one of the managers served us. The food came out as fresh as ever, Jack was professional, prompt and very thorough.nThe best part is we have been going to the Berwick store ever since and the food and service has always been exactly that.nEvery time we go there, and Jack is working, the burgers are never slapped together as you would find in other places, but are completely intact and wrapped perfectly. Even the ice cream was perfection. It actually looked like a piece of artwork. Jack runs the place like clockwork, every single time.nFive stars all the way and all thanks to Jack!nJack is a credit to your store, and he deserves a big bonus!

Rubbish everywhere inside and out. Windows filthy. Atmosphere 0. Service quite rude. Never again would I visit this place, 6 staff on and not one could at least clean the grime off the doors.

Staff clearly haven’t cleaned playground for months. Tables were filthy with rubbish all over the ground. The health inspector would have a field day in this dump

I understand we all get busy & overwhelmed but I stood on my own at the front counter waiting to be served for at least 5-10 minutes & not one staff member even acknowledged me. It’s just rude, I ended up leaving & probably won’t go back again. Customer service seems to just not exist in fast food anymore.

I went through the drive through tonight and ordered an Angry Whopper and got home to realise to that it was totally the wrong burger. I’m pretty sure it was an ultimate whopper but I’ve never had one so I can’t be sure. They even double checked with us that it was an angry whopper meal. I was really looking forward to the angry whopper too.
