What a mistake! Getting our order wrong at the drive through, being greeted by scrappy looking staff in torn clothing at the clerk window and not being given a receipt for our order... what more could go wrong? You guessed it, everything! Order was incomplete and the staff didn’t seem to care. The supervisor had a go at my husband for saying that “this order is wrong!” And after driving away, my husband discovered that his cappuccino was not a cappuccino but a hot chocolate. Hello! How the heck do you confuse the two? We went back and walked in with our incorrect order and demanded a refund. This was not fun due to the fact we didn’t have a receipt to prove it. The supervisor finally gave us the refund and no apology for the mistakes made. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at Mojos instead.

Missing the older staff. This used to be the best mcdonalds anywhere. Now ordinary like the rest. Being overcharged. Orders wrong. Coffee burnt and tastes dreadful.longer wait times I Have been a constant regular for the past 7 years. Sad management has gone cheap cheap cheap on wages .cant replace good service and experience. Was once a very welcoming experience. Its not all about the food..Sad...

Specifically asked for shaker fries via drive thru and delivered the fries on the window. Upon checking the shaker fries mixture pack wasnt in the bag. Went back to the window to ask for the mix, the staff mentioned they are run out of mix packs. I asked why didn’t you mentioned that you are run out of them, because I specifically came to it. The staff simply said “sorry”. The staff attitude and tone was not the best. Even didn’t offer a refund.

Payed $10.80 for a large McFeast meal with a water (drive thru) took off & noticed my McFeast had No Beef!!! For the Inconvenience of returning the order in 33degree heat, you would think your entitled to some form of appology right? Wrong, i get asked "whats the problem?" Then waited in Drive Thru holding up everyone else over 3min. Got given my McFeast all slapped together & squashed and nothing else, not even an apology or a water!!! Absolutely Shocking service- won't be going back!!!
