Service was quick, the waiter made the dine in experience personal. I felt like I stepped in a forest, it was so beautiful.nnWe had fresh oysters, grilled octopus and mackerel.nnThe oysters were sweet, I wish we had gotten more! Super creamy centre.nnThe grilled octopus was soft and easy to chew. Had a charred flavour and came with a delicious paste that complimented it.nnThe mackerel had different textures which meant the soft fish had little kicks and bites in the dish. I will try the chicken next time though, as the dish could've had more flavour. Would be good to see more chicken and fish options for those that don't eat beef or pork.nnDrinks were huge. So worth it!
Absolutely loved our experience here. The food was amazing. We went for the Feed me option which included an entree with 4 elements, a main with 1 side, 3 sauces and a choice between mashed potatoe or chips and finishing with a choice of desserts. Everything was perfectly done. The service was great and the actual restaurant had a lovely feel. We will absolutely be back. Thank you
AMAZING! From the minute we walked in, such a beautiful entrance to come around the corner and see this immaculate layout. We were welcomed and also seated, had the waiter open the chair and pop it in for me it's giving princess treatment! But overall, the service was beyond perfect, food was exquisite and the live music really set the tone along with the lights dimmed. Me and my partner had an amazing Date night, probably one of the best so far, especially being so local to us! Definitely make the trip to see for yourself!!! Love love love! Thank you guys for an amazing night! x
Had a great experience! my partner and I can here last night for dinner, we were immediately greeted by a lovely girl with a smile on her face ready to take us to our table. We ordered the sourdough and pork belly for entree, main was scotch fillet steak medium rare, with mushroom sauce, with a side of Mac and cheese, and for dessert we got the basque cheesecake and the white chocolate semi Freddo.nnEverything was so good, but we didn’t particularly like the Mac and cheese probably just not for our taste buds, no issues though as you can’t expect one recipe to please everyone. We shared the feedback with our waitress when she asked us how everything was, and she was so kind to go out of her way to ask the supervisor to take it off our bill, definitely was not expecting that, was simply just providing feedback but it was a lovely gesture which was much appreciated. The service was 10/10 and all our waiters and the staff were polite, attentive and friendly. Would definitely go here again
We had my husbands 50th dinner in The Mez Private Dining room. If you're looking for the perfect venue for an intimate dinning experience this is the place, sophisticated atmosphere, absolutely divine Food, every guest raved about their meal choice and the staff couldn't be more helpful. A special Thanks to Angela our personal wait staff and Nick Bar man extraordinaire for your outstanding service. We will be back to dine in the restaurant very soon. Cheers Chrissie
