Absolutely terrific and appalling customer service. I had entered the store after 2 hours of waiting. Just to be greeted by an employee that i can tell is absolutely zooted. after i asked for my food he stripped naked and and started throwing it back and hitting the dougie atop the counter being honest i got a bit aroused but over all 10/10 would come again
Okay ik I ordered like 10 minutes before closing but really??? you guys literally smashed the choc lava cake and put a piece of plastic in it???
Ordered a Margherita pizza and the godfather pizza to arrive in 20 minutes, and it arrived in 50 minutes. The Margherita pizza was heavily COVERED in dried oregano, the Godfather had oregano on only 2 pieces and the rest was ALL cheese. Both were inedible. We spoke with a guy who seemed disinteresed and unapologetic on the phone got us replacement pizzas after we asked him how someone's expected to eat that. I mean what Margherita has ever looked like that?! looks like someone dropped it in horse food. What 12 year old staff members threw that together?! Don't go here. How they're still running as a 2 star shop, I have no idea. The owners should take a long hard look at their staff's inability to put together a pizza and the reviews they're getting.
Store is getting overwhelmed with orders. There were probably 6-8 staff I counted, but tens of customers waiting during my last order. Order wait times over 2 hours, the store had to stop taking orders. I was given a wrong pizza got a bacon pizza instead of veg. Unfortunately I trusted them since the order stuck on the box said veg, so I didn't check the pizza while in store. Went home and got a shock. Had to drive back to store. They said they will give me a new one. No apology, no compensation. Their toppings quantity is reducing to a level it seems a scam to call it a pizza. Attached a photo of a pepperoni pizza with barely any topping.
Do not deserve even single star.nRepeated poor pizza quality, when reported the says they too busy. Very dissatisfied with service and quality..if planning to enjoy pizza do not go here..pictures attached of veg supreme, chicken supreme and pepperoni.
