Ordered a baked sandwich from the app, received a call 20min later to advise they had ‘sold out’ was then told they were going to cancel the rest of my order. After arguing with the manager he agreed to send a pizza instead with the balance of my order and I had to pay the difference. They then arrived, stuffed a garlic bread in my daughter’s hand and said by the way, we also run out of the chocolate mouse you ordered so we sent you a garlic bread instead. Just horrible service all round!

We ordered pizza for a family dinner, firstly wrong order was delivered by goofing up 2 pizzas of the 4 pizzas ordered. The topping were not appropriate, sauces were missing. When called the store, I was being pushed to take a store credit for the next order, which I was not interested to have as I had folks over for dinner. Finally they agreed to resend the original goofed up order and told me that the pizzas would be delivered in 40 mins. The unfortunate part is that the pizzas never arrived. This has been the most pathetic experience, spoiler for my dinner evening and will be my worst ever nightmare... :( Never be assured that they will make your evening joyful!

Horrible customer service. Before you are giving the customer a replacement item at the front door when delivering, give the customer a call first! Will never ever order again from this outlet.

Every week we have ordered from this store since moving every week we spend around $50 in this store Not once in 8 deliveries have we had a successful happy experience we you call and say they have forgotten something the RUDE "manger" calls you a lair , they have over charged me and will not refund my money 4 pizzas all slid down one end of the box and squished up. we kept thinking it would get better but its only gotten worse . my recommendation go to a independent who values their customers , we have and now we get value for money

They even don't deserve a single star with all the unprofessional and rude behaviour they show to their customers. Most of the staff people can hardly speak an understandable english. The attitude just sucks. Bought a pizza an hour back and it was completely undercooked. When I went to pick it up, this guy threw the boxes on the counter almost dropping the pizza. If you are running short of staff then hire more people or just close the centre and sit at home instead of ruining people's day with your unprofessional and rude behaviour. And at the end you even do not get close to what you paid for. Will never go back. Staff needs to learn some good social skills and definitely some etiquettes as well.
