Worst Red Rooster I’ve ever had!! Tiny cold and hard tenders in the rolls and burger and soggy salad. Somehow I paid more for some items when ordering online vs the prices listed in store eg. 10 vanilla bites for $5 in store / $7.95 online and I didn’t have the option to pick up in drive thru, so I had to go into the store anyway! It’s so disappointing paying nearly $70 for food that’s barely edible and definitely not enjoyable.
Ordered for 50$ and absolutely no cutlery, no napkins, and chicken is burnt, is this normal? How are we supposed to eat the slaw?
Ordered a meal in a box...burger, chips, 2 piece chicken, potato and gravy and a drink. The food was stone cold and disgusting. The chips were soggy, the burger had some sloppy sauce on it. Was barely edible and cost me $30. Will never buy from them again.
I never write reviews but I often go this red rooster and its always been good but today I ordered a bbq bacon burger, the chicken was good but the bacon was absolutely awful, it was rock hard and see through.. ive never felt more grossed out. Usually the food is great but today has changed my mind.
Worst store, ordered in drive thru told would be 5min and to park and they would bring food out to us, 15 min later I go into the store to see what's happening with the order and I'm told they can't find my order then I'm asked to wait again while the prepare the food, no apologie or explanation. Compared with other fast food stores this is the worst services I've ever experienced.
