Unsatisfactory experience today at Caloundra. The place is filthy with flies everywhere. Waited 5 minutes by the till for some one to take my order. I count at least 8 staff members . The burger looked nothing like what I ordered see first picture. I’m still looking for the tomato and onion rings. Come on guys. Be proud of your workplace. Being friendly doesn’t cost anything.
I have been going to the Caloundra store ever since it first opened and have always found all the staff very helpful and friendly. The service, food and atmosphere have also been excellent. There is a young girl named Nakai that works there that is an absolute asset to your company. On all my visits approx 8 times a week I have never seen her without her smile and happy face on. Nothing is too much trouble for her,so make sure your company holds on to this lovely young lady and I hope she goes far. And many thanks too all the other excellent staff who work their also.
The low rating is due to poor service and cleanliness. Upon arrival, several tables were available, but all were dirty. My husband asked if one could be cleaned we have young children who will eat off the table if given a chance. A staff member came over and wiped the table with a cloth that was so wet, it barely made a difference. She left debris on the table and pushed the rest onto the seats and floor.nnMost of the staff were unpleasant, except for one tall lady with dark hair—she was busy but at least polite and approachable.nnOn a positive note, the food was quick and tasted good.nnHungry Jacks, if you're reading this, you need to improve. Your staff and lack of cleanliness are letting you down. I don’t visit often, but every time I do, the service and cleanliness are consistently disappointing.nnPicture of our freshly cleaned table...
I ordered a small Bacon Deluxe meal today at lunchtime and experienced a long wait. When I checked the burger, the bacon was nearly raw and cold to the touch, indicating it wasn't cooked at all. Very disappointing. I threw it out. Health hazard. I did not bother for a refund as I already waited 20 mins.
Went to Hungry Jacks on Saturday, walked into shop, no customers, 2 staff behind counter, they immediately walked out the back. Waited a good 5-8 minutes for service, placed order sat at tables to wait, the tables were filthy with crumbs and mess, floors dirty as well. Please take pride your work place. Won't e going back there again.
