I was asked by my neighbour to pick up their family order because they dont have their car at the moment and the manager initially agreed to make an exception and deliver to our suburb....after placing the order the manager backs up from his earlier statement and says he cannot accomodate and after a 10+ mins convo he decides to hang up. There was a lot of miscommunication and little respect from the staff over the phone. Managers should own up to their statements and be consistent with their service, including when making exceptions.
I went to collect the pizza and the floor of the kitchen was absolutely covered in all manner of food, it was disgusting. Having worked in kitchens for years I know what even a relatively clean kitchen looks like and this was atrocious. I don't care if it's just a dominoes, no commercial kitchen should be even 20% of that level. Pizza was the usual mediocre offering that I expect from dominoes so no complaints there.
Pizza isn’t that bad but they have a driver there who drives a little silver Toyota echo and he is a danger to the public. Have seen him in 60 zones doing over 100 and he nearly flipped his car around a round about one night. Dominos need to fire that little rat weasel
One extra large loaded pepperoni was very dissapointing. 11 pieces of pepperoni on one half and 5 on the other half. The pizza was not cooked in the middle. What is loaded about this?
Once again pizza was not cooked. Phoned manager Cooper who didn't care. I told him to tell the owner as this pizza garlic prawn, base not cooked no flavour to topping. My friend is taking it back to the Caloundra store. 32$ for nothing the owner needs to look into this.
We enjoyed a hot and tasty dinner. It is a rainy horrible night, but our pizza still arrived on time. Great service, great pizza, will definitely order again.
2 Large pizzas had barely any topping. Staff were lovely on the phone with good customer service but pizzas were terrible. Sorry will not be back.
The real time cooking in the app wasn't working, so we didn't know when it was ready. But the chicken & Camembert pizza was awesome thanks
Delivery driver got lost trying to find our apartment building, ended up taking over an hour to get our food. Once the driver finally pulled up in front of our building, we got the pizza which was cold. Not looking for a refund.
I have just had the worst experience with your store, I tried to order my pizza on line , but guess what our address dosent come up in your system you have delivered here in the past we have only lived here 18 years. So I call the store to place my order, then to be told the discount code is for on line , I explained why I had to call , so the guy checks with his manager, yes they can do it . I place my order having to repeat it over and over , then was told it was $36 dollars , the voucher was $33 dollars , he then says I can upgrade it to include sides for $47 dollars, um not thanks, then was told the price for the 3 pizzas was $63 dollars, I said no you said $36 dollars, he said oh I made a mistake it $63 dollars wow no thanks , you have now lost a long term customer.
