Really disappointing tonight. Went to McDonald’s Caloundra around 11:55 pm and ordered a Bundle for 4. The Big Mac sauce cup was almost empty — maybe one spoon of sauce.nnWhen you’re paying full price, you expect normal portions, not something this careless. I get that it was late, but that’s not an excuse.nnNeeds better attention and consistency.
Just ordered here tonight at 10.20pm food arrived at 11.20pm missing burgers sauces. Chips cold and inedible. Definitely wouldn't support this macdonalds as the manager didnt care at all. Told me to write this review and that she didnt care. Got my money back from uber and never will order or go to this mcdonalds ever again.
Just wanting to bring to their attention to detail. On last three occasions I went through drive through I order my favourite coffee Mcdonalds coffee is my favouritenBut I painstakingly put my order through ensuring all my requests are on screen as asked Which they are. Only to get to the window ask again can you please make sure the sweetener is in my coffee please. They assure me yes. To then take my first sip on my way to where I’m going to discover it hasn’t been added. It’s happened times before here and there. But it’s everyone I go through now I shake coffee vigorously to see if I can store it but it’s obvious it’s not sweetened. It’s these little things that I feel neee to be worked on. I’m not going to go back through just to get the equal added I love my breakup from maccas but lately I’m disappointed
As we are retirees, Mcdonalds is not a frequented place to visit but as we had just picked up our oldest grandchild to stay for 2 nights, we thought we would go to McDonalds for tea. However, when we got our orders, firstly the chips were half cooked, rubbery pieces of chip and not terribly appetising. My burger was not quite how I remember from previous visits, freshly made with great appeal. Lastly, I would like to make mention about the cleanliness of the toilets. To me they were in need of either a thorough clean or revamp to bring them up to scratch. This is after, between the 3 of us, we paid upwards of $40. Come on Caloundra, you are a tourist mecca, so improve your image by offering better quality.
I had low expectations for this fast food establishment as its a maccas, not a Michelin Star restaurant, but the experience i had with one of the employees left a bitter taste in my mouth. We were served by Nat and she has the most horrendous, snotty attitude i have ever come across, she did not even try to hide the fact that she was a miserable person. I felt like i was being scolded when she was talking to me, her tone was snappy and dismissive, and i also heard her yelling at her coworkers. Such a horrible experience, i will not be coming back to this establishment because of this girl. You are better off driving down the road to a different fast food establishment than subjecting yourself to the horrible treatment of Nat. I feel very sorry for the people that have to work with her, i hope management pulls her into line because her behaviour is not on! Very disapointing!
