I just came through drive-through order 206. I left information on the feedback form and rang the store and was advised to post a photo on Google. There was a bone in the bacon & egg brekkie wrap. Yes a BONE! I understand it’s school holidays and staff under 18 are cheaper, but a BONE! Absolutely turned me off for life! Well done McDonald’s Caloundra.
Really disappointing tonight. Went to McDonald’s Caloundra around 11:55 pm and ordered a Bundle for 4. The Big Mac sauce cup was almost empty — maybe one spoon of sauce.nnWhen you’re paying full price, you expect normal portions, not something this careless. I get that it was late, but that’s not an excuse.nnNeeds better attention and consistency.
Just ordered here tonight at 10.20pm food arrived at 11.20pm missing burgers sauces. Chips cold and inedible. Definitely wouldn't support this macdonalds as the manager didnt care at all. Told me to write this review and that she didnt care. Got my money back from uber and never will order or go to this mcdonalds ever again.
Came through the drive thru, waited five minutes then too be told to wait longer. Said our order number told to drive on thru, continue to wait 10 minutes for our order and 2 drinks, didn’t try and have a conversation, no respect nor enthusiasm. Then I continued to try and be nice and say have a good night from him to roll his eyes and huff at me
Food: Food was excellent for my self and tasted like normal McDonalds but I did hear that the McChicken had too much mayonnaise.nnService: I had no interaction with service except when they got my order wrong.nnAtmosphere: The atmosphere of this facility is nice as it is very new ~7 years old at max and is extremely clean. The toilets are outstanding but small.
