Really disappointing tonight. Went to McDonald’s Caloundra around 11:55 pm and ordered a Bundle for 4. The Big Mac sauce cup was almost empty — maybe one spoon of sauce.nnWhen you’re paying full price, you expect normal portions, not something this careless. I get that it was late, but that’s not an excuse.nnNeeds better attention and consistency.
As we are retirees, Mcdonalds is not a frequented place to visit but as we had just picked up our oldest grandchild to stay for 2 nights, we thought we would go to McDonalds for tea. However, when we got our orders, firstly the chips were half cooked, rubbery pieces of chip and not terribly appetising. My burger was not quite how I remember from previous visits, freshly made with great appeal. Lastly, I would like to make mention about the cleanliness of the toilets. To me they were in need of either a thorough clean or revamp to bring them up to scratch. This is after, between the 3 of us, we paid upwards of $40. Come on Caloundra, you are a tourist mecca, so improve your image by offering better quality.
Just went in to get a quarter pounder for the first time in years. Surprised I wasn't told the price at the booking window. Makes sense considering it was $10 for this absolute dogs breakfast between two condiment buns.
Rule is don't get a coffee at drive thru . Well not early..was 4th in que..no problem..pleasant guy took the order then the wait..understand a place can be busy but not the first time...seems staff change regularly in making orders up . Great get to collect coffee..please go to wait queue for a coffee !! with 1 car already there.. ! Got coffee..great..not what ordered with no order sticker on cup.nSeems system not working and young manager dude wasn't concerned....no wonder the drive thru in Golden Beach busy.
Honestly I would not even feed this burger to my dog!!! The chips and burger tasted like they have been sitting there all day, and the crispy chicken was rock hard and burnt, straight in the bin, absolutely disgusting..
