Very disappointed. Business partner sent an email of complaint due to an issue with 2 orders (one riddled with bugs, the other had items that would have presented as choking hazard to dogs) and not one person has bothered to contact us back. We had been happy customers for years- unfortunately they only seem to respond if the correspondence is  positive.
