The worst real estate agents ever. I feel sorry for people who have to deal with them. I am surprised how the owner is still running the company despite of so many complaints and fraud they do with people. Not a speck of honesty or professionalism. Please avoid them at all cost. I wish I never had come across them.
THIS IS THE WORSE Real Estate agent I have ever dealt. with being changed for things that where already there and they knew about it all it’s is the biggest joke of a company. Never ever got back to me I was always chasing them it shouldn’t be that hard to get back to someone. Iv rented many house and never had a problem but the group wow. I wouldn’t even be thinking or renting or buy a home through this company they are nothing but liars and and just a all round joke to try and get a hold of or deal with I WOULDN’T EVER GO Through this company and to hopefully save some other people from this pain
The absolute worst real estate agents group you could ever go through. After only been given 8 week's to find another rental after 6 year's of living there they have now blamed me for damage caused by previous rental occupants which I have photo's of for proof and they are still going on to blame mmer for this. They are unprofessional an xx a discrace to anyone wanting to rent or buy a property from. It's in your best interest to avoid this company that's for certain
The absolute worst real estate company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Very rarely answer their phone or reply to emails. Very dodgy in their outgoing inspections, claiming half or all of the bond via dishonest claims. In 30 years of renting I have never had any of my bond retained, yet these guys got a’ professional cleaner’ without notifying me or providing me with a final out going inspection and charged me almost $1000.00 out of my bond. All this without corresponding with me until nearly 3 months after I moved out! Really take advantage of their tenants and are very negligent with their time frames. If you do rent through these people, be extremely thorough with your in going inspection notes, keep photos of absolutely EVERYTHING and document the number of times that you have tried to contact them and not received any reply.
Do not answer phones, and do not reply to messages left! Twice, not once!
