Fantastic gym to train at! All the staff are easy going and friendly to talk to! Equipment is fab especially with the new renovations and updated stuff to use. The boxing class with Terry on Thursday night is definitely something I'd recommend! 10/10 gym

As I am new to the area I thought it would be best to start with my local Gym and give it a try. I've been here for just over three months now and find the staff very friendly and accommodate to my needs. I have an old back injury and the staff have been very helpful with assisting me and making sure I get the right advice on equipment. I am happy with this Gym and will continue to be a member.

Gym is usually (the men's toilet always smells of old urine) and well priced. The equipment is good and well maintained BUT you can never find anything you need! Whilst it's up the members to put stuff away the duty staff should also be maintaining the gym floor but they just mostly sit around talking and doing anything but engaging with members. In 3 years I hardly see staff on the floor. Since it's gone 24 hr it's gotten worse.

I mean it’s a good place, nice equipment.. however terrible placement of toilet way too far from equipment, also the vibes/music are terrible, id like to see more personal trainers/employees around, instead of just sitting at their desks.. ALSO, can the members PLEASEE put away their weights, no one ever puts their weights away, and they’re always jumbled up.. probably also have more than one drink tap..

I was a previous member who left because the gym was always filthy, nothing was ever put away and the main female on reception demonstrated no basic interpersonal skills, let alone customer service skills. I now go to a gym triple the distance away and pay double the price - and couldn't be happier.
