I cannot understand some of the negative reviews that were written earlier on. Sally and her crew have been absolutely amazing. A number of years ago my previous agent had done no inspections (even though they said they had) and I found out that there were 22 people living in the house!!!!!! Someone recommended Ray White Oxenford and they were unbelievable. Over a weekend they went in and cleaned up the house, took rubbish away and did repairs, ALL AT NO COST. I had insurance but they were taking their time and my wife and I were fully stressed. 

Ever since, I have had amazing service from Sally and her team. I don't usually write reviews. I HIGHLY recommend Ray White Oxenford.

I have had Ray White Oxenford manage my rental property for almost 8 years. Throughout this time we have had numerous incidents (car crash into house and a flooding) and the support from Sally and her team was nothing short than amazing. The flooding occurred whilst my family and I were overseas. Sally and her team took charge and supported not only our investment but also provided assistance to the tenant.

I have rented numerous properties from agents and have other agents manage my property in Qld and have never seen such support as I have from this team.

I've had 2 properties rented by Sally and her team for over 10 years. Both are still in great condition when allowing for reasonable wear and tear. 

She has been fair with the tenants and myself. If you invest for the long term you must treat it like a business and park emotion.

Sally and Tania,
Always helped me and my family out,as long as the communication between us all stayed upfront and truthful.
There has always been a solution to resolve any issues.
Even through the hardships,they have always treated me with a humble heart.
I would recommend their service to friends and family.
I know that they are very compassionate about their roles as a PM,and tell it like it is,strong independent ladies.

Ladies where lovely at first and always got onto things quickly when something was broken but once i told them i wasn't renewing my lease they turned nasty and bitter. Currently fighting them over bond issues and the more i look into them the more people I've come across who have had dramas with them.
