We had the misfortune to purchase a house through this agency, Whats joke, just briefly we put an offer in on a property and the agent did not bother to get back to us regarding how we went. We emailed the owner of the agency explaining how dissatisfied we were with the two agents involved only to get a answer saying how professional  the agents were, no surprise there.Two days later we contacted them only to be told we were not successful, further discussion with an agent? (joke) and we had to put in another offer, (higher of course). They play that game well at the agency. Anyway we did settle on the property. Then the agency proceed to give our name and contact number to an insurance company in a attempt to sell us insurance on the property, Is this legal, is there not a privacy clause? When arranging the handover with the owner the agent said to us "well I will see what I can do" Of course the owner did not show up, it was up to another person from their office the keep ringing the owner with our questions. Again very professional - Not. Please think twice before dealing with this agency. Off course you will read all the fluffy testimonies on their website, but who really writes these?

Recently I purchased through Anthony a beautiful villa in Coomera. Anthony is an exceptional communicator and went out of his way and the extra mile to help me with every aspect of the purchase of my new home. His hard work, efficiency, honesty, trustworthiness and endearing and admirable qualities led to a successful settlement and delightful moving in experience. Eternally grateful to you Anthony for your integrity, thoughtfulness and professionalism in helping me to achieve and purchase the home of my dreams, for me and my little dog. I couldn't be happier. I've had dealing with Hope Island Realty on a number of occasions over the last 12 years. When we first migrated we rented a furnished house in Magnolia drive and we were provided an outstanding service. We then rented a house for a couple of weeks some years later and again, everything was spot on. 
This year we again approached Hope Island Realty to sell our property. The agent was Anthony Lowe and he did a sterling job is finding a suitable buyer and meeting our required price. At any given time we were always aligned with what was going on and there were no surprises. So hats off to Hope Island Realty and I would strongly recommend them.

Disgusting customer service!! They are literally the worst property agents on the coast!! Well i cant talk for all of them at H.I.R but Craig Burke is one arrogant jerk who brings that company's name down. He is rude, sexist, arrogant and is definitly on the spectrum. Stay away from this company!!
