Purchased a house through them in Dec, was not a good experience as harcourts and their clients were not very well organised and only just managed to meet their obligations within an hour of settlement. Even then they left the property in an incredibly filthy state. After settlement when we went to collect the keys the agent couldn't even face us himself, he left the keys at the front desk with a note saying he had something "important to do" and a promise to deliver a congratulatory gift at his earliest opportunity. Well that was a month ago so I guess that's not happening either.  1 star experience from a 1 star realtor in my opinion.

Great agent! The team are easy to deal with and know there stuff.

Rental property managed by this agency has tenants leaving bags of rubbish on front nature strip with dirty nappies exposed. 
Called agency twice and was told to call council to "do what you need to do". 
Terribly unfortunate experience with such a brand.
