This is sad seeing reviews such as those on here. What property managers and landlords need to remember is, without tenants, the property is not rented, the landlord can't get their rental return, the property manager can't get their fees, the real estate loose the management. The property manager is the middle man/woman, the person to keep everything in check, if the PM does their job correctly and efficiently, you'll have better reviews. Landlords.. yes you hire the pm to manage your property, that doesn't mean the tenant (that pays the rent on your property, essentially also paying your pm fees), is insignificant, the tenant is also a client of the property manager as you the landlord are! Respect your tenant. Tenants, without your landlord investing in property, you may not have a home to live in. Some landlords have worked their butts off just to buy the property you're in and are paying their own living expenses as well as making up the difference between the rent they receive (after fees) from you and the repayments on the property. Respect your landlord In most cases a tenant will care for a property better than a landlord would or could (landlord doesn't live in it) but it's property managers with reputations like this that make it harder for other good agents. The first impression determines how you will be perceived, make a good first impression and maintain it! Pull your head in and do the work that gets these reviews changed to genuine good ones instead of fake scripted and if you don't enjoy doing what you're doing, you need to do something different. Property manager's of this real estate, respect your clients! Landlords and tenants. Landlords and tenants all over, respect your property manager!

Absolute scum of the earth! Given breach notices for damage done by previous tenants - including a tear in the carpet that she demanded I have fixed. Will never take your calls, sends abusive text messages if they think your rent or water bill is late. The WORST property management I’ve ever dealt with

Honest review from a legit renter of 2 years through mayne. I thought I'd made the worst mistake after seeing the reviews but after 2 years I've just moved out to move into something smaller. Zero issues upon leaving, zero issues the entire 2 years, they gave a great recommendation to my new real estate for me. I honestly don't know what peoples issues are. If you look after the place, report issues and keep the place clean there shouldn't be an issue for the PM to hassle you. Solid advice, if you're exiting. Use their recommended cleaners and you'll have no issues. I'll use them again when I leave my new place. The cost easily outweighs the drama of trying to move and clean a house top to bottom To the guys at Mayne, Tiffany especially at the end. Thanks for making the exit an easy one. Bond refunded less than a week from lease end date. Can't complain. And if you're looking at 12 Papara St, it's a top house. Genuinely loved living there, nice and cool. We had the extra fan fitting in the 2nd living area, you'll get over the driveway in a month. It isn't a big deal.

Thank you Michelle and the team at Mayne for providing us with fantastic service! As a first time investor i was so nervous, but you all were so friendly and helpful I feel totally at ease. You found me tenants straight away and the quarterly reports are very detailed - i feel like i was there with you! Could not recommend highly enough!!

What a Joke Stay away Well what can I say about Mayne Realty….. I feel if you go with Mayne Realty it is the worst mistake you could ever do. I am a tradesman with a large family of 6 and I have been renting for the past 14 years, I had some bad Real Estate and I have had some good one too. Mayne realty in my opinion is the worst Real estate ever, if I can give a zero star I would. I had been with Mayne Realty for about 3 years, well let say they were nice at first, but then in the last 12 month it been a total night mare. When it come to an issue and try to talk the Property manager Marc, is where the stupidity starts, Marc is on a power trip sit behind he desk Accuses you of thing that was done by me or my family, pointing finger on reason that for the issue of a broken cook Top on thing that got nothing to do with the problem. He is incompetent idoit, aggressive and in willingness to talk about the issue. After I vacated the property has led me to QCAT in the 14 year of renting is disgusting, claim the hole bond and threatening me with Black listing if I do not sign the Bond over and be careful when moving to another property as they will bag the crape out of you, which I am considering legal Action over the it. They try to bully you and if you stick up for yourself is were they get worse, by harassing us. When it come time to move out they make appointment for viewing and not turning up or be late and expecting to let them in. They can not change a time even tho no one turn up. they go out of there way to make your life difficult As for all the bad review, well I tend to agree that they are writen by Mayne Realty to boast the rating. You can easily make up a fake profile it easy as scammer do it all the time. what would a Real Estate would do if they are so bad to boast they rating so they can get more poor sucker to rent from then. I believe this as it funny how not long after a review goes up a good come along As for the idiot that said all those thing about Making shore the house is tidy and that clearly does not know the RTA regulation and need to look it up. A Real Estate is to give warning first, then when issue is not fix then issue a Breach notice, Not issue it without warn like Mayne Realty does. Me and my wife are prude people, we treat our home that we rent as if it our own. I am a Landscape/Horticulturist and my wife look after the house despite we having 4 children. Your an idoit as they haven't clearly rented a house in he/her life and frankly you think that Mayne being a big Bully is a good thing, then I really feel sorry for your tenants. If at all possible stay right away, they think there are professional they are not, they are bullies and incompetent idoits
