I bought a vehicle and caravan from Raw Motors, and felt like i got a good deal, this was several months ago and I'm very happy with the car & caravan. Moe was the salesman, that guy is awesome - he helped me out with any issues i had during and after the sale.
We came to RAW requiring 2 vans for our business. We dealt with Richard to build a payment plan that worked. He was excellent to deal with in ever sense. He helped get approval and a good rate considering our limited credit history. The vans we purchased we’re honest and perfect for what we need. Great value. Happy to recommend the service. Cheers

I purchased my car from Raw Motors. I have to say it was my best experience ever purchasing from a dealer. Parm was great to deal with, very friendly and professional. No hard selling at all. My partner and I were looking for a van. We got a Mercedes Sprinter from RAW. It turned out they had misrepresented the vehicle and there was a major issue with it. We returned it to be fixed and were then left without a vehicle for 9 weeks while they argued with their own choice of mechanic over the cost of doing a proper repair. They didn't refund our money until we complained to Trade Me. A very disappointing experience which left us out of pocket.
Great company to deal with. My wife and I were very happy with the service we received. We shopped around for a while and found Raw Motors very refreshing. Honest, well priced, and good selection. We love our new Swift.
We would recommend buying a vehicle from these guys. Our salesman, Bryce, who is also one of the managers, is a good guy---professional but also relaxed, and we never felt like we were being "sold". Best of all--when we got the car home we noticed there was a repair that needed attending to which we hadn't noticed before. We called Bryce and he told us to bring the car in and they would take care of it--no questions asked. They honoured their word and we appreciated it. Definitely recommend.
Hi guys, sorry this has been a long time coming getting my emails sorted. Very happy with how I was walked through buying this caravan. Moe took the time to send videos and extra photos I requested as I we bought before arriving from Australia. Have been in our Abbey for 4 months now and traveled the length of the country. We have now parked up down south and go mobile again in spring. Very friendly staff running a busy outfit. Most competitive dealer prices we found in NZ. Highly recommended.
As a woman attempting to purchase a car from this dealership, they gave me false information and were unhelpful and rude when I attempted to pull them up about it. Very sneaky people. Wouldn't let me take the car to get checked. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to get taken for a ride. Reply: I already had pre-approval from a finance company, I wanted to see if I could get a lower interest rate from you. I also told you that. You also swore at me repeatedly on the phone and refused to talk to anybody who had any mechanical knowledge..
Daughter bought a great little Swift from RAW Motors, so we purchased our own next car from them. Such great friendly service both times, thrilled with both cars, now going back to buy a caravan! Yah- holidays!
