Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went out of their way to make themselves available on their holiday. Small family business, competitive prices, and a definite feeling of trust. Have been using my car now for a couple of years. No big issues, and they assisted in rectifying a minor one. Would buy again.

Frontline are an honest, family run business who import quality Japanese cars. They are patient (we had lots of questions!) and offer a very fair price (nice not have to negotiate as well). I would definitely buy from them again.

Great service ; very friendly. I noticed within a few days the car I bought had a small fault. I notified the team and no problems at all it was sorted. I have read the reviews for this dealer and I have to say the negative ones are all the same. Walk ins are not allowed. I saw this place on Trade Me, made an appointment drove the car I booked in for ( and ended up buying ). Saw another one and asked if I could drive it ( no problem at all). There was no pressure to buy. All the staff are very friendly. I recommend this dealer. Love my car and will defiantly recommend this to friends and family alike.

Great service from Frontline Cars! Tasneem was very helpful through out the buying process and very speedy at replying to me. I bought my car unseen and got it delivered to Wellington with in a few days and was very pleased when I got the car. It was in great condition and I am one happy customer :) Thanks again Tasneem!!

Main issue is their arrogance towards customers. They don't allow you to test drive more than one car and treat customers with zero respect. I have also caught them doing very cheap and dodgy behaviour: they advertise all their cars to be AA appraised, and when asked for the papers they changed their words saying it hasn't been done yet. Also the car we saw had all four tyres worn out (to the extent of barely being able to pass a WOF) + wet suspension. On their website they state, "We are a family run business, come in and experience the difference". I can surely state that we definitely did experience the difference, through their horrible service and dodgy way of running business. Being put off by this behaviour, we decided to buy our car elsewhere and we couldn't have made a better decision. We ended up with a better deal, reliable car and 200% better service. Warning to other car buyers to stay clear from this company.
