Brought a car online and had it shipped to Wellington, car was not as described, has faults which were promised to be fixed at their cost but no communication since. They lied about the condition of the car and that it had a sports exhaust(Chrome tips aren’t a sports exhaust) dash has cuts through it suspension is broken, wheel bearing is stuffed(all noted on day of pickup from shipping company over a month ago) quoted wrong colour, wanted black got dark grey) the list goes on. Complaining to MTA and commerce commission on Monday. Avoid this company at all costs, other reviews should say it all......wish I saw them before I brought!!!!

Bought a BMW 116i from these guys. Car is generally very good and the service on the day was fair. Unfortunately - that’s where the good service ended. The car was missing it’s tool kit upon purchase and this was promised to be provided within a week by courier as a part of the sale agreement.  The week came and went. I called and enquired - it was on its way apparently. Waited another week - no tool kit. Called again - more promises. It’s now over a month since purchase and still no tool kit. If you are comfortable with no after sales service whatsoever - then trade with these guys - otherwise look elsewhere.

First class service from these guys. Could not fault their attention or expertise. Open on boxing day , and I purchased a vehicle after a test drive. Deals at other yards did not come off as quickly or at a price I got here      10/10

These guys are appalling. Promised to fix what they said would be a faulty sensor (as warning lights were appearing on the dashboard of my BMW 118i) and assured me this had been done. Also said they had serviced the car. Less than two months after buying the car, I’ve had to spend $430 to replace a bad battery which would have been contributing to the warning lights appearing intermittently. Once the battery was replaced & the car was rescanned, there were no other problems due to faulty sensors but the car still needs to be serviced. They lied, they never did it.  Motor Me are just shady criminals who went completely quiet when I approached them again before getting somebody else to fix my car. Thank you Motor Me for the email trail which will be going to the Motor Vehicles Disputes Tribunal.

I think they have the cheapest value in the market.
I bought Volkswagen & everything was fine with the car. They also help me in selecting the right car under my budget & suitability.
Purchase & service team was really helpful.
