The used parts industry is getting tougher due to status of the economy. Despite how difficult it is, supporting the locals yields more consistent results. At worst it is a drive down. Everyone is in it together to provide faster turnarounds. Strongs aim to provide the best used parts experience ever and they never fail to keep the promise. To the guys that leave poor reviews, be realistic. There are used parts places that are unable to even get things done. Strongs always stands out where others are just on the sidelines waiting for it.
Had the exact part I needed. This was after being told by multiple Subaru representatives that there was atleast a 3 month wait for the part due to coronavirus. Highly recommended.
Awesome. Made contact 30mins before they closed up for a public holiday weekend. Not only did they work hard to find the right part but it turned up in double quick time once couriers were running again. Fair pricing too.

Came here for a replacement Sub for my Subi Wagon - prompt and informative service. He brought me the first replacement Sub only to notice it wasn't in the best shape so he quickly shot out back to get one that was in better shape! Awesome sauce.
