The most important aspect of customer service is the aftersales service and these guys have nailed it! I recently bought a car from them and after taking delivery I noticed the brakes were noisy. I was advised that the brakes needed replacing. I notified the team at 500 Autos and they ordered the parts and had the new brakes fitted at their expense! Most other car dealers would have said sorry you bought the car as is, it has passed it's WOF etc. I had a great experience with 500 Autos. Kudos to Albert and Cash for keeping their customer a happy one!

Bought a car back in October a direct import from Japan. In very good condition. The after care once bought the the has been fantastic. Very happy to help with any issues with the Navigation and small jobs that may have not been noticed upon purchase. All up would give six stars if I could!
