The most unpleasant, obnoxious and rude experience I’ve ever had with customer service hands down. Even if they had the best deal in town (which they don’t) I’d rather spend my money else where.
Was made to wait 3o mins whilst he spoke on the phone to his mate. Then demanded ‘what do you want’... to which I replied ‘I’m looking for a hatch.. do you do trade ins? Can I get a quote?’ 
‘Do you have 50 bucks ... if not bugger off’ and walks back into his shed. 

I’m shocked and appalled. Perhaps only white customers are valued at this business. Well played mate, good on ya.
