Really happy with ranford Dental! After being completely terrified by a school nurse, I never thought I would get my 6 y/o to a dentist again she would shake and her anxiety would be at its worst. After being recommended to ranford Dental I gave them a call and the receptionist eased my mind and I felt comfortable brining my daughter in. The appointment booked me, and both my girls for the next day as I had requested. They seen Dr Ravinder Sidhu and they instantly felt comfortable when they were there. He had so much patience with them and even made it fun for them! The assistant was so helpful with keeping them busy when I had my check up. I'm so happy I went back and got my daughter to get past her fear. She didn't question/flinch or refuse to open her mouth which is so impressive for her!!

Dr Yusef Khadembashi is an absolute professional and a really nice guy. I initially had my treatment mapped out my brain, however, Dr Yusef recommended a completely different plan that I am extremely happy with both financially and also for the longevity of my dental health. Dr Yusef articulates and explains the treatment in a very understandable manner from start to finish. Dr Yusef is now my family dentist and I’ll recommend him to all my friends!

I did an normal scale & clean in this practice. It was such a terrible experience and I would not go again. Avoid them if you can. The Hygienist who cleaned my teeth was the worst I'd had in years. The cleaning was so painful and I was shocked by the amount of bleeding it caused during the process. There were cuts and wounds all over my gum and I was still in pain after a week. When questioned she just said "your teeth were too duty" without any touch of sympathy or concerns that could be felt. Excuse me? I did the same thing with other dental practices every year for my life and no one had made the experience so unendurable and caused so much bleeding and pain. I knew the fluoride bite would be a rip off so told the Hygienist NOT to apply. Still she "accidentally" charged $50+ for it which was only picked up when I checked and questioned about the bill after was handed over the payment receipt showing the details. I was told the card was already swiped and there was nothing they could do. Or, I could come back on Monday to ask the manager to get it sorted. Or, I could go back to the room and bite fluoride as "there are only $13" out of pocket after health fund rebate. I couldn't waste more time with these people so I went back to the same Hygienist who finished with me in 30 seconds and did not apologise nor even mentioned about her mistake for charging me for something she did not do.
