Useless and incompetent...As a cancer sufferer times can be financially tough. I spoke with Rachel the office manager about updating my dental treatment plan with the intention of accessing my superannuation to pay for $8000 worth of dental treatment. She agreed they could waive the $65 fee to review my teeth and update the plan, clearly knowing $8000 worth of services would be coming there way. I then call the receptionist to make the actual appointment, confirm with her about the fee being waived and she locks me in an appointment. I got there and the same receptionist says I have to pay the fee. I said I spoke to her about his on the time phone before making the appointment and then she says she'll see what the dentist says. The dentist says if you can't pay the $65 the they can't see me. These people are useless and incompetent, clearly lack internal communication, have no compassion or business sense. I found another dentist who will be getting the $8000 worth of Business. I wouldn't recommend Dentists@Burswood to anyone!

Dr Soroush did the most amazing job on my veneers! I am so happy and would really recommend him and Dentist @ Burswood to anyone :)

Always friendly and courteous, I've been coming to Dentists@Burswood for many years now and never been let down. Helpful reminders for booked appointments and top notch bilingual staff. They have a Cantonese and Mandarin speaking dentist and receptionist as well, making it really convenient.

A massive Thank you to Dr Soroush and team. Today's visit was absolutely awesome! I can't wait for my in chair teeth whitening appointment!! So excited. Thanks for being so gentle with me and allowing me the breaks I needed when the giggles kicked in. 😂😁

Would definitely recommend Dentist at Burswood to everyone. For someone who dreads going to the dentist. I've finally found my preferred dentist. Dr Justina Teo is the most kind and caring dentist, who's ever so patient. Very professional practice with very friendly receptionist and dental assistants.
