I hate the dentist but Access are great! friendly Service. My Root Canal was performed professionally and Emil at the front desk always kept me informed about costs involved so there was no surprises next visit. TV's to watch while you sit in the chair help take you away from the procedure are a great addition. Thanks Access!

I have been going to Access Dental Perth City for the last 6 or so years and am always happy with each visit. Dr Wong is always very informative and Emil at the front desk is extra helpful at all times. Professional service always and my dental work is fantastic.

I have been going to Access dental care for many years now and have had only the very best care and treatments. I have had two implants. root canals, caps and teeth whitening and all have been of the highest medical standard with very min pain if any. Dr brian has a wonderful bed side manner and his staff are all very pleasant and professional. Ameil at reception does an amazing job and keeps you well informed about your treatments, appointments and medical rebates. Cannot recommend access dental care highly enough. They are outstanding ! Last Tuesday night, I experienced a horrible pain (this is not an exaggeration I was literally bed-ridden). I rushed to the pharmacy to get Ibuprofen to lessen the pain and knew I had to see a dentist the first thing on Wednesday. I chose Access Dental Care (ADC) (Bullcreek/Murdoch) mainly because it was the closet dental office to my accomodation. Dr. Wong was my dentist for Wednesday and he found out that the pain was caused by an impacted wisdom tooth, which caused my gums to swell. He then prescribed me the medications I needed to help reduce the pain and prevent infections. He was very informative and transparent; being an international student, he warned me of the costs of proceeding with the surgical extraction here in comparison to doing it back in Malaysia. I decided I was to do it on the Friday of that week because the pain was worsening and the painkillers only gave relief for 1-2 hours at most. I went to ADC in the Perth CBD to do the surgical extraction. I opted for prior cleaning before extraction which was done by a dental hygienist. The dental hygienist was lovely and very friendly. She was also very careful with my teeth and warned me that bleeding may occur after, that it was normal and will stop after a few days (my gums actually bled for that day only and was fine after that!) After that, Dr Wong handled my wisdom tooth. I felt no pain throughout the procedure, just a tiny bit (similar to a quick ant bite) when I was administered the injection. The procedure was fast and finished in 30 mins! I was pleased because I did not experience any great pain during recovery (though I was taking painkillers and antibiotics), all I felt was a bit of soreness and pain only when the painkillers wear off (and I'd take another one haha!) My jaw started to bruise on the 5th day of recovery which I was told, was also one of the possible effects from wisdom tooth surgery. This was however, not painful (unless you pressed on it but who would press on a bruise right?) This is my 8th day since the surgery and I am feeling as great as I had been before the tooth impacted! I would definitely recommend Access Dental Care.The prices they charged were of course, much more expensive than Malaysia (given Aus's exchange rate that is >3x higher) but if I do not convert, I think it is a very reasonable price in terms of dental cost in Australia, especially for the great customer service and dental service!
