Edit: received a very friendly call from practice manager, asking for more information regarding this incident, was informed that the dentist in question no longer works there and only worked there briefly. He asked me to come back to them if I ever needed any further dental and he would see me personally and make sure I was treated very well. He seemed genuinely concerned that this had happened (note: the incident is many years past now, so no further attention is needed) I was not asked to remove the review, but in light of the call I feel it is worth amending it - I believe I would go back again after this conversation.

**Went in for dental pain, dentist attempted an extraction, broke my tooth off, lacerated my mouth and strained my jaw, then got mad at me when he couldn't fix it. Much pain during failed procedure, then months of pain and expense getting it fixed elsewhere. Required dental surgery to fix it.

Great Practice. Have been going here for 3 - 4 years. Really good service and you receive  prompt attention in emergencies. Prices are quite reasonable and the quality of work is  very good.

Had general dental done here, as well as gotten my teeth pulled. All staff are friendly and very professional. Gonna be back for sure!
