Booked an appointment to have my teeth cleaned & also teeth whitened as I'm getting married next week. Rolled up on time as per the confirmation text only to he told my appointment was booked at 10:30am & I missed my appointment. Proceeded to show the receptionist my confirmation text clearly stating a 2:45pm appointment yes, I was there on the correct day. She then had the audacity to tell me someone called in earlier that day & cancelled my appointment? After telling me I missed my appointment lol... there was clearly a mistake somewhere on there end, whatever people make mistakes. No attempt to rectify the situation, just fed excuses as to why I missed my appointment lol. Do better! Won't be going back :
Absolutely amazing staff. From reception to the chair everyone greeted with beautiful smiles. And it made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit
This Saturday I broke half a tooth off, booked an appointment for Sunday. Went there and had the best experience I've ever had at a dentist, no pain as I'm a big baby. Kintu the receptionist was so friendly. I would totally recommend this place. Going back to have an extraction of a wisdom tooth.
Nancy and her assistant always look after me very well as does Tina with my dentures.nAlso the girls at the front desk are friendly & helpful.
Very friendly receptionists.nThe dentist I think it was Dr Nancy according to my bill was very kind, and made sure many times I wasn't in pain in a tricky 2nd molar filling. No pain during and after the procedure.nI recommend
