Such a clean dental clinic and has the friendliest staff ever Matilda and Dr. Saira Oommen, both were approachable and explained all the details precisely. I had my root canal done and I couldn’t feel a thing! The procedure went smoothly and I’m really happy with the results. I didn’t have to wait long either. I’d definitely recommend this clinic to others!
Yesterday I went to DB Dental in Spearwood for a tooth extraction. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist and find it extremely difficult to sit in the chair and have any treatment done.nDr Saira Oommen made it so easy for me. She was amazing and her gentle and caring manner created an atmosphere that made me feel totally relaxed. When the tooth was pulled, l couldn't believe it was over!nI am so grateful for her understanding of me being an extremely nervous patient and she is the dentist that you want if you need to have dental treatment .
Dr Nancy Sehgal looks after our family's teeth. She is an amazing dentist with a very calm manner. She is patient and understanding with nervous children and makes our regular checkups a breeze. Thank you so much for looking after our family.
Terrible receptionist. Was booked 5pm and even had a confirmation sms messages. Receptionist phoned that I missed my appointment that supposed to be @3pm. Very RUDE the way she approached feels like shes telling me that im at fault , feels like blaming me that their system shows i was booked @ 3pm not 5pm because dentist finished work at 4:45. . Once I arrived I showed the SMS that we are RIGHT at @5pm appointment. Never heard any apologies at all! STOP blaming the Patient if you have problem with your booking System! Receptionist needs to train again to be more polite and accomodating.
I had such an amazing experience with Dr Saira, she is so friendly and approachable. She explained everything step by step as I had my procedure done and answered all my questions with a smile and no judgement. I felt so comfortable with her, I’d highly recommend going to see her! She put me at ease and her work was so well executed and of a high standard.
