Raine & Horne Roxburgh Park

Raine & Horne were managing my rental property. They were unable to calculate the rent due by the tenants. The tenants did not pay rent for 2 months prior to vacating my property and Raine & Horne advised me that the rent was paid up to date. This took a further 2 months to sort out. Omar, the director of Raine & Horne Roxburgh Park relocated the tenants to another property managed by him. I told him that there was significant damage that needed to be compensated from the bond. Despite this, he transferred the bond to the other property without making deductions. He still owes me $1,300.00. If you are considering using his services, don't!

Been Waiting Month's for a end to get my Deposit back my rental I was using still no end in site they avoid you and refuse to help or return my message's. Not going to name name's but very disappointing in the organisation's response they seem to only chase the money and don't give a damn about professionalism.
