My partner and I would highly recommend Professionals Craigieburn. We have been with them since Con sold us our house a little while ago. He was very easy going, honest and not pushy - which is great, considering we weren’t even his client! We are also using them to rent out the property we bought through them and we have had nothing but great experiences with them and our Property Manager, Freda. We’ve had our fair share of property managers, and Freda is by far the best one we’ve come across! She’s made the whole process very easy for us. She’s been open and honest with us the entire time, very thorough, ensures to notify us about everything and anything to do with our property, and she always takes the time to make herself available for us, should we need her. She has also been very helpful in assisting us with property enquiries that don’t even relate to our property! Real estate is not “just a job” for Con and Freda. They are very professional, serious, passionate about their work, and always striving to do their very best!

I would highly recommend Con Pedis to sell your home. His professionalism was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. He was honest and upfront through the whole process which made me feel at ease knowing he was doing his absolute best to get me the desired result. Don't look anywhere else, I promise you won't be disappointed.

I would describe my property management experience with Freda Hawkins as every landlord’s worst nightmare. After rejecting applications for one month the property manager told me my house was old, stale on the market and not rentable. She then proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t accept the tenants that she recommended I would never rent out my house. When I asked why she was recommending people who were breaking a lease after three months the response was “they are non white trash which is what you need, they’ll be fine”. Accepting these applicants effectively placed squatters into the property, they had done this before as I later discovered by my own investigation. Essential checks were not performed on these people such as employment history, police check, credit check and rental history. I only ever received one rent payment from these people. The property was turned into a midnight spares /car wrecking business from day one. There were cars everywhere and the house was slowly being destroyed and engine oil had been poured down the storm water drains. I found social media pictures of the tenant doing burnouts in the driveway. My concerns were ignored by the property manager with her general response being “oh well you have insurance”. Had she inspected the property like I asked it would have been easier to evict these people, due to the damage, but instead she insisted “oh well you have insurance and I don’t want to upset the tenants”. At eviction it took the Police no less than six hours to get them out even though the house was empty but the yards were still full of cars and old parts all over the garden beds. After the eviction was complete I asked the property manager “how did you let it get to this ?”. Her reply was “they hoodwinked me but you have insurance so it’s ok you can make a claim for this, I’m done here it’s not my problem”. Over six months have passed and not once have I been contacted by Professionals Craigieburn. I have simply been abandoned by Freda Hawkins, evidently she is embarrassed by her conduct. If you need a property manager I would strongly recommend considering this review as the risk of this happening to you is a real one and I can say it has been life changing for me. I have never received an explanation or had any contact from the property manager since eviction. For this experience I paid the agency $950 to select these tenants. Scraping human excrement from the carpet and walls of your rental property is very unpleasant and should never happen if the right tenants are placed in a lease in the first place. LANDLORDS BEWARE.

His honesty and integrity far exceeded our expectations, communication and work ethics is tenfold.
