Lyn and I wanted you to know how pleased we were with the service you provided in the sale of our property late last year. You will remember the care with which we selected your agency to act for us, in fact spanning a number of years leading up to when we put the property on the market. Our decision to appoint you was vindicated by the process you brought to bear and of course the excellent final outcome, a near best result in Craigieburn at this time
The advertising campaign involving the presentation of still photography, video photography, a brilliant inclusion of aerial views of the neighbourhood and our property taken by overflying a drone across the estate, superb verbal presentation in an on line video by Vic Spano Jnr and carefully constructed written description of the property all provided for a sparkling and comprehensive outline of the attributes of 5 Briar Place. A variety of online presentations complemented a wide reach of print media beyond the immediate community which were all outstanding and brought wide commendation and attendance.
The marketing campaign was short, sharp and shiny and involved regular analysis of responses on line from particularly www.realestate.com, www.domain.com.au (Platinum listing), social media including Facebook and Twitter, a dynamic approach to boosting and regularly refreshing the online presentation had real impact. In addition, traditional methods of marketing a property via letter box drops, DL drop cards distributed to local businesses, a comprehensive four page foldout brochure, personal invitations, and Vic’s attention to emailed advice to possible bidders was very effective. The location onsite of two large illuminated For Sale Street Photo Boards with flags attached captured passing traffic and pedestrians along the walkways on our estate. We appreciated the regular weekly meetings and the daily feedback Vic and his team gave us on progress during the campaign. The regular flow of data managed by Vic’s Office Manager and Secretary Kendall Delaney was brilliant.
Opens for Inspection (eight in all plus further private inspections) were well attended by over sixty groups. Vic’s team reported visitor remarks on the immaculate presentation of the home and his team also provided valuable insights and helpful advice to potential purchasers. Vic always had at least three staff members on site for the Opens covering greeting, recording contact details, ground floor, upstairs and outdoors including the workshop. Pointer boards, sandwich boards and REC kite flags in the streets nearby all assisted visitors find our property.
Auction Day dawned fine, still and sunny. (Vic claimed he even organized the weather!). A large crowd of over 70 visitors turned out and enjoyed the coffee cart provender. The final Open for Inspection drew many complements and Vic had his whole team on board with the exception of Kendall who monitored proceedings from her hotel in Bali. Scott Darmanin, Lynn Hill, Shirley Collins, Theresa Harkins and Kelly Marks all helped manage the lead up to the Auction. Vic gave a lucid, concise and outstanding expose of our home and conducted a positive and effective auction in his usual and inimitable style. We achieved an outstanding result with five bidders culminating in a fair price for we as vendors and the successful bidders as purchasers. The post auction signing of contracts was very happy all around with our two families enjoying meeting together with Vic and team.
We would highly recommend Real Estate City Pty Ltd lead by Vic Spano Jnr, Director and a great sales team. They are each professionals, always well presented, patient, and positive, insightful, open and honest, well prepared, knew our property and its attributes and kept us regularly “in the loop”.

Passionate enthusiastic, hardworking and down to earth. The very first impressions were right. Real Estate sold my property at 115 Gateshed Street in Craigieburn I was absolutely delighted with their service and result.
