YPA Estate Agents Craigieburn

One of the worst property agent I ever dealt with. Poor customer service. Don’t even know how to talk with customers.they won’t fix house problems but all they need to pay rent on time.

YPA blitzed the opposition! Their valuation of our home was way closer to our estimation and the house SOLD very quickly. They were also true to their word, allowing us to rent our 'old' home of 28 years 'til we were ready to move to our new Shepparton residence. Special thanks to Khaled and Eddi B for their professionalism, kindness and expertise and also Serena D for taking care of us whilst renting. Selling up and/or renting is not something we'd care to do very often, but if we did have to do it again, we'd certainly use the YPA Team again. Thanks everybody!!

Been looking at buying in the Craigieburn area and this 1 agent from these guys just a pushy moron who clearly doesn't listen to what the buyer is looking for, follows you around so you don't get the "it's home" feel, and when you ask something.... You get told to "Just Google It" Service is non existent. He kept asking what's your offer, so we said what we felt it's worth, approx 70K under what they are asking, as it doesn't suit us... so it's not worth it... to us.... He rang us within 5 min of leaving the property asking us if we would increase our offer....

Very shonky taking advantage of those not understanding real estate law; bullying and threatening and forging/doctoring contracts. They have done this to MULTIPLE people including the elderly.
