Worst customer service ever the house needs fixing the oven is down have contacted them months ago nothing they keep delaying

I would just like to say a very big thank you to Nadir Jaboo from First National Real Estate Meadow Heights. I was on a very tight budget and he helped to negotiate a price for me that I could afford. Also he acted very quickly for me so that I could purchase the property very quickly. I am very happy with all the time and effort he has put in for me to purchase my first home. A very happy customer. Highly recommended!

Completely rubbish service. None come on inspection time. When call on no. Provided on, Agent answer he is not sure for inspection. Don't go to inspection if it is showing on website only.

I WANT TO WARN ANY FUTURE BUYERS DEALING WITH THIS AGENCY AND THESE PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE CHEATS, LIARS AND UNPROFESSIONAL MY EXPERIENCE AND TARNISHED ME FOR LIFE.THEY PROMISED THE WORLD AND DELIVERED NOTHING BUT DRAMA, HASSLES LOSS OF MONEY AND A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF A "HAPPY" EXP. THEY LIED TO MY FACE - AND AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY REFUSED TO TALK TO ME OR HELP ME OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! SEE YOU IN COURT AND I HOPE THAT WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND! YOU ARE THE WORSE SALESPEOPLE I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH

I was very impressed by amer zaatiti's professional conduct as he assisted me to purchase the property that was suitable for my lifestyle and price range. His knowledge and experience of the local area is exeptional . i was very happy and the sale has gone through without any problems and i am very grateful to Amer as he listened tp my choice and location and acted accordingly. thank you Amer and the team at 1st national meadow heights.
