Hey there! I figured if you're not responding to my three emails or 3 phone calls you might respond via facebook? I am an owner occupier of a unit on Pascoe Vale which you are the body Corp managers. Myself and the other owners have requested NUMEROUS times for some basic repairs done in the common areas. We have a owner/occupier here who is 94 years old and really deserves the respect and decency to return her call.

I have been a tenant of Raine & Horne for last 3 years and from day one my relationship with the property manager (Sibel Bekkaya) and the company in general has been really amazing, very professional and curtious, have/had time where my rent was a bit late but they listened to me and helped me along the way, All in all its been such a wonderful experience and I am thankful to all staff for being such a wonderful and professional bunch.

Thank you for sharing your reviews. We got a taste of Nina Romano and the agency when we tried to rent a property 5/2A Cameron Rd Essendon. Nina has never returned our call. If she doesn't call back potential tenants, will she call once we have signed a lease and we need her assistance? When we called the office they said that we could drive over and pick up the key and go and inspect the place on our own. If they will give us the key, who else have they given it to? How do we know someone hasn't made a copy of the key and will use it to break in and steal all of our stuff after we've moved in? I feel sorry for the landlord, they have lost good tenants and the property will sit vacant for more time. We have removed this agency (and all their properties) from our list.

Would rather be homeless than rent from these clowns. Their phones seem to work exceptionally well when they call to accuse tenants of not making payments, when the fault is actually on their end, but it seems they find it quite difficult calling anybody back when they're required to actually do something other than chase money they've already received and misplaced themselves. I feel bad for any tenant or landlord that's been deceived into dealing with this rude and arrogant lot of pretend agents. On a side note, this is the only real estate agent I've come across that forces it's tenants to pay through a third party company that charges the tenants a monthly fee to take the money out of their accounts... Something they don't bring to the attention of tenants until the contracts are signed. Good luck and God have mercy on anyone who has to deal with this sad bunch.

Rented a place through them, you need to push them to get things done. I felt Lack of communication is a problem. Otherwise smooth paperwork and end of lease.
