Stockdale & Leggo Glenroy

This is on behalf of my cousins who wanted and put in an offer to purchase a property through Sunny. Their calls were ignored and when he did eventually answer he was incredibly rude to them then told them that they were not allowed to bring a building inspector through the property despite the fact they are entitled to. Then their friend had called Sunny who informed their friend that the property had been sold - my cousins still had not been told this yet. You should never ever be rude to prospective buyers because when they go to sell which one day they will Stockdale & Leggo will not be considered as the agent..

The way myself and my cousin were treated was utterly despicable you would have thought we stole or offended the lady. Her tone, and rudeness is something we have never experienced ever in our life. I have attended inspections under the same agency prior where someone else was present and they were ok therefore, it may have been that particular person. Experience is something that constantly changes maybe in the future mine with the company as a whole (and not an individual or representative) will change. Just that a bad experience will always out weigh a good one marketing and service relationships 101!

Lydia Dusting is currently managing my property and she is doing an amazing job. Always courteous, responsive and efficient. I am confident that my property is being managed well. Lydia always goes above and beyond what one would expect from a property manager. Thank you Lydia!

Stockdale & leggo Glenroy sold our home in one week and we found them to be professional in every way there staff were very helpful and and answered all of the questions we had to ask we would like to thank Melissa and mark for the great job they did and of graham Caulfield from vendor advocacy for the all work that he in helping sell the property l would recommend Stockdale & leggo Glenroy
