We run a Community GP Centre with appointments available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We also run an Urgent Care Clinic, for casual patients or for enrolled patients for times when you can't wait for a booked appointment such as accident, injury or sudden illness, open 8am-8pm everyday, including public holidays.

One to two weeks to get an appointment with my own GP. Other than that when I do get to see my GP she is very empathic and listens. Wait times for an appointment really need to be dealt with as patients should not have to wait more than a few days to see their GP - I prefer to be examined by my own GP in some instances. It’s taken me a while to find a good GP, but that wait time is just not acceptable.
My immediate family & I have been patient's with the The Doctors for over 20 years. Ralph Sax was our GP before he passed away 2012 & since then the place has become less considerate to the needs of its patients. When we book to make appointments to see our GP now, we can't get in for at least a week. Its says on the phone call when you ring to book, that if it's an emergency then dial 111. I'm sorry but going to the hospital that's already over loaded with patients & understaffed, is not always the answer. All I'd like...is to make an appointment to see MY DOCTOR & not have to wait a week or so to see her! The front desk reception staff are always very good & I know it's not their fault we can't get in. But this 1- 2 week waiting period is seriously ridiculous. Not happy at all!!
Detailed freindly is Dr Joseph Sami cant speak highly enough of him however some front staff over last few years have left because of the money hungry related charges. And unhappy staff but dr make set fees, so dr sami is a people dr not minet driven quality care and concern over how quckly can see each patient.
Was told it'd be 2 weeks before I could see my GP, but I could come in and go through urgent care. Not one person in that waiting room urgent care was there for less than 4 hours. This includes elderly patients and people with young children that needed to be seen, this is not acceptable no matter which station of the GPS it is. Absolutely ridiculous
I think Radius at the Palms needs to re-think their means of service. The patient turn around is handle poorly as staff are more focus in front of their screen rather than looking after the patients. Others had to go home and just come back another day. They have the staff but their system is appalling. Being passed around from the receptionist to another is not okay.
I have been coming to this doctors for years now and every single time I have an interaction with the receptionist Lynn she amazes me. She goes above and beyond and is just lovely. Bev is another receptionist that is super amazing. They make coming to the doctors as pleasant as possible.
Walk in is a joke. Waited 90mins with my sick 3 year old and then be told still another hour till we see a doctor. This was her 4th visit to a doctor in 76 hours. What a joke and waste of time.
I am not too happy with the quality of doctors here to be honest. Every time i visit they either do guess work or do google. Please bring experienced doctors than resident ones to treat people.
Too long wait to book with my own Doctor - 2 weeks !
