Dr Ross McKellar is by far the best and only Radiologist I would let near me, or my joints or ligaments for intra joint or ligamentous tears requiring Cortisone injection via ultrasound. Now I know he works at Pacific Radiology I will endeavor to only be going there. Thanks Ross for the second opinion on my brain MRI that did not falsely say there was nothing detected, but actually found exactly what my Specialist had seen after being advised nothing abnormal was found. I am so very grateful to the staff from Pacific in PN who got the CT from Mid central Health as well as the MRI for comparison, and to Ross who read it correctly. Happy New Year to you all :
Shocking service my partner and I were very excited for our first baby scan, when we booked on the phone we had explained we both have medical exemptions as we could not wear face coverings and was told this would not be an issue. When we arrived the ladie at the front desk asked us if we wanted masks we replied we were unable wear a mask, then she proceeded to say "I can't discriminate against you as a patient but I can discriminate against your partner!" We were absolutely shocked by this response. I then asked for the manager she was so rude to us and would not explain a valid reason, then said my partner would have to leave if he didn't wear a mask. Completely ruined a special experience for us. Booked in with boardway radiology they were very kind and DO NOT DISCRIMINATE! I would not support pacific radiology

Would much prefer pacific over Broadway the only thing that faults Pacific is every-time I’ve had a referral I’ve had to chase it up myself other then that overall good experience
Very professional staff that explain everything you need to know. My cortisone back injection went very painlessly. Thanks to all staff and the Doctor Ken.
Professional & helpful in all aspects. Booking receptionist planned my 2 appointments on the same day to connect but also gave me time for a coffee break in between; I didn’t have to ask if this was possible, she thought of everything, in a cheerful, competent manner. Radiology team were great & filled me with confidence. Very highly recommended. Thank you team Pacific.
Efficient friendly service from all staff: administration, x-ray and ultrasound. Put me at ease and made the experience as painless and normal as can be expected. Pretty good experience for someone who hates needing medical intervention.
I went here for an emergency ultrasound and they were able to fit me in within hours on the same day. They also provided a private space for me to breastfeed my 2 day old son. Very friendly and caring and the ultrasound technician explained everything clearly so that I could understand.
Brilliant service. No sooner I walked into the waiting room I was called in for the xray right on time. Great friendly staff. Highly recommended.
