If you are a person not from the district, needing simple medical help not accident consider carefully. You will wait hours, be the last person seen, no follow up with anything. You can't register with them.nNo plans to return, wouldn't put myself through it again after 2 visits in 1 week, Only went back trying to get x-ray results and a diagnosis within the 7 day follow up period, took 5.5 hrs.nThis clinic has bought home how tough the medical system is to navigate.
As a registered patient I have to book atleast a month in advance and every time there’s a 20 minute wait. Today I was told I had to wait an hour for my 15 minute appointment that I booked a month ago. Im also sick of being ignored at reception every single time I walk in, the least you can do is acknowledge our existence. This isn’t good enough and I’m fed up. Do better
Had to take a family member to after hours last Wednesday. Our experience at City Doctors couldn't have been better. Kim on reception was so kind and then we saw Janene nurse she was exceptional, she took us seriously and knew exactly what was going on. She was kind, respectful and got stuff done. Thank you so much.
Came in with my mum, no smiles not happy super rude to us. We wanted to leave pretty much straight away cause she’s like ur not from here no bro but hospital was over filled last night so we had to come to you. Never again rude staff and I see u have a lot of one stars on here. Guys save ur self the trouble don’t go find someone else
Waited almost 2 hours for a 5 min chat simply for a new prescription. They charged $140.. find somewhere else and only go as last resort
