Who We Are

We are a psychology based practice that draws on the skills of a wide range of clinicians to help our clients achieve the best quality of life possible. We have a core team of psychologists but also contract other professionals, including psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, medical specialists and psychiatrists where needed.

What We Do

A main area of our work is committed to helping clients with pain-related issues such as headache and migraine, muscle pain, back pain, chronic regional pain and head injury. However, a significant part of our work is non-pain related. We can also help with issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional trauma and sexual abuse, obsessions and compulsions as well as child, relationship and family issues

We use proven approaches and the best modern technology to help our clients improve their quality of life - whatever the problem. We provide helpful strategies, and useful counselling and psychotherapy techniques - but, most of all, we are prepared to listen and understand. We can help speed recovery with cutting edge Biofeedback and Neurotherapy approaches integrated into treatment plans that are individually tailored to meet our client's needs.
