Went in store to find out more about the energy company the RAA are affiliated with currently, simply energy are tier 2 suppliers and cannot help some client's on tier 1 area contracts.
Helpfull staff clean and tidy store
One of the employee, I don't want to mention name was really impolite. I was not happy with the way she deal with us. RAA charges relatively more money than many others. So there customer service should be very nice. No doubt RAA is a very good insurance providing institution, just tell your staff how to be patient with customers.
