Always good service when I go in here for advice or to make small claims. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. I usually wait less than 5 minutes and once or twice it might have been 10 - 15. Longer wait times are to be expected with a Rundle Mall location, particularly during busy times.

Terrible service. Have now been in 3 times and have waited approx 5 minutes every time to be completely ignored and no one even asked me if i needed help. Some times busy, but this morning not at all. 2 people waiting and 2 staff available but noone asked either of us. Now looking at other healthcare options and companies as they clearly have no interest in helping me.
