Case managers are absolute liars, they just make every step as hard as possible, they delay and hold up treatment .  In the 6 months i have had the misfortune of dealing with these parasites...not once have they ever said...hows your injury going. They belittle you personally.  You have to get a lawyer or else they will walk all over you. Never give them medical authority even when they say you have to.

Get a lawyer immediately if you have to deal with eml. They will screw you wherever they can and smile the whole time. 
My injury is now inoperable and i am permanently crippled because of these so called "people" wasting time and trying in every way to be as unhelpful as possible.
My lawyer will help me get what i deserve, and your lawyer will help you.
EML are SCUM OF THE EARTH!

What ever you do do not have Naomi Lea as your case manger.  She is a liar, vindictive has no empathy.  When you say to her, you cant talk to me like that, or she defames your doctor.......she says......prove it.  avoid her at all costs.....and complain complain complain.
