I had very poor experience with SGIC, the person don't want to listen me properly, he just said an amount and ask ' do you want to continue or not.' When i explain again, then he said higher amount.  I already have 3 insurance with SGIG, i may need to move from SGIC.

*Edit* I now have an Australian number they're great to deal with on shore. Woeful!! I have 12 policies & can't speak to an Australian!!!!

zero stars, wrote off my car while it could have been fixed with half of money they said it would cost me. and paid me one third of actual car vlaue. plus I dont get why everyone on the phone has to speak too fast with strong accent?! IF YOU HAVE AN ACCENT -LIKE MYSLEF_ YOU NEED TO SPEAK SLOWLY AND CLEARLY. My worst experience never feld I have been ripped of this much.

Dont ignore the elephant in the room, the elephant is that sgic are a money extorting call center republic of silly Indians who sit on their ass on the phone. Literally their ass on the phone, to earn a wage while they take away others money. I am 19 years old paying $70 a month for a car i barely drive,  happened to me just scraping by and they took my last money I had. So if you want an insurance company who does not give a fuzk about their clients,  sgic is the way to go. (:
